His Holiness Bhagavan Sri Sri Sri Viswayogi Viswamjee Maharaj has been in *Severe Deeksha* for the past month *(Pournami to Pournami)* with no communication with the devotees. Divine Embodiments of Love,
On this most auspicious day of Sharad Poornima, the divine power manifesting through this body, known as Sri Sri Sri Viswayogi Viswamjee Maharaj holds special significance. For yogis, the period from Bhadrapada Purnima to Ashwayuja Purnima (one lunar month) is of profound spiritual importance. We recently celebrated Vijaya Dashami, the tenth day following Navaratri, with great joy and devotion. However, for yogis, the spiritual culmination does not occur on the tenth day — it reaches its fullness at midnight on Sharad Poornima, when the sixteen kalas or aspects of Viswa Sri Shakti become complete. Each kala is invoked, worshipped, and absorbed by yogis who become immersed in divine consciousness, attaining self-contentment and fulfillment in the nectar of bliss (amrita). Traditionally, during this period, worship is offered to girls aged one to sixteen years, symbolizing these sixteen divine energies. The power within this body is merged with Viswa Sri Shakti, and through that divine power, Swamiji works for the well-being, peace, and upliftment of society. This body has endured great struggle to bring you happiness, peace, and freedom from difficulties — to remove disease, to bestow perfect health, and to strengthen you in the five aspects of life: physical, mental, financial, social, and spiritual. The ViswaGuru is ever protecting you. “Vishwaguru Raksha, Sarva Jagad Raksha.” The protection of the VishwaGuru is the protection of the entire world. During the period of intense Diksha (spiritual discipline), Swamiji remained in complete silence — no communication through phones. Even Amma Garu and Madhuri Garu were not in contact with Swamiji during this time. Swamiji instructed that, should any emergency arise, only Amma Garu could be approached. Even now, His Holiness continues in Diksha. Tomorrow was intended to be the day devotees could meet Him. However, upon Amma Garu’s heartfelt request to give darshan to devotees or answer the phone, Swamiji agreed. Such is Amma Garu’s compassion — thinking not of herself, but of the devotees and their longing for Swamiji’s grace. |
